Benefits

The following is a summary of the
benefits that are available to the employees of Gulf Coast Limestone, Inc. following a 90-day probation period.

Medical Insurance:  Offered through Cigna Health Care.

Dental Insurance:  (Voluntary Plan) Offered through Guardian.

Vision Insurance: (Voluntary Plan) Offered through Guardian.

Aflac Insurance: Offered through AFLAC.  This benefit includes supplemental insurance to a major medical insurance policy.
This includes Accident, Cancer, Hospital Confinement, Short-Term Disability and Life insurance.

Life Insurance:
Offered through Mutual of Omaha.

Long Term Disability: Offered through Mutual of Omaha.

Cafeteria Plan/Section 125: (Flexible Spending Account)
Allows eligible employees to set aside a specific pretax dollar amount for unreimbursed medical, dental, vision, approved over the counter items, and dependent care expenses.  Also allows employees premiums for medical, dental and vision to be subject on a pretax basis.

401K Plan:
Offered through Paychex.  This benefit is available to Full and Part Time Employees.
